Our Return Policy

• When you receive your product, look at it, set it up, try it. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days and we will give you a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
  
• Your product must be returned in the original packaging with all the accessories and complete manufacturers documentation and in new like condition or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Incomplete returns will void your refund.
  
• Call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you ship the item back. Display the RA# prominently on the outside of the box this will avoid a delay of your refund.
  
• We will replace any defective equipment within 30 days of the purchase. After that period the manufacturer's warranty will be in effect.

Your confidentiality is assured as we DO NOT engage in the release of our
customer information to any outside entities nor do we sell such information
to outside mailing lists.
